All upholstery is produced from a single source in our own upholstery factory – from cutting, sewing and gluing to the finished seat. Each cushion is developed and carefully manufactured by trained specialists to ensure that patients remain comfortable for long periods of time.
We use robust PVC artificial leather and modern, PVC-free PU materials for the covers. They are hard-wearing, easy to clean and suitable for professional use in a therapeutic environment.
Particularly noteworthy is our Hylex PU foam, which is otherwise used exclusively by leading manufacturers of high-quality mattresses. The targeted combination of different firmness levels, ergonomically shaped upholstery contours and additional spring bases creates the perfect upholstery: permanently dimensionally stable, pressure-relieving and exceptionally comfortable.
